Resolution doesn't match rest file

Hi folks. Since I'm having this "collect" pushed to sketchfab for a 3D model, I "collected" a crosshatch NADIR, crosshatch oblique 30°, and POI (point of interest)....two circles around the subject.....always pointing to tower in center.....no horizon, and ALL images take at same AGL. Platform is P4P. When I attempted to upload the POI images, I get "resolution doesn't match test file". I went ahead and had the job processed with those POI images. Map is , "Water Tower #2". How can I tweak my POI collect so it will be accepted. Looking for POI imagery to help "fill" areasunder the water tank. An area that doesn't render well with NADIR and 30° oblique collects

At the time of upload all images are checked to verify that they are of the same pixel resolution. They all have to match. That is all that is going on here. It doesn't haven anything to do with what you are shooting because the uploader doesn't know anything about the content of the images, just the tags info.

In general, we don't recommend orbit flight that is collected with the aircraft moving sideways. This is specifically warned against in the Data Collection guidelines and usually leads to excessive processing times and sub par results.

Hi Zane, any suggestions on how I might collect imagery to fill under bridges and water towers?  Thanks, be safe and wish you good health.

We always recommend doing some manual flight. You have to kind of keep an internal overlap map in your head while you do it to make sure everything is getting the right amount of looks.
