Some images not uploaded

About 100 images of the total 257 images did not upload and processing started.

Is there a way of adding more images or cancelling processing and starting again?

There is no way to add points after a job has been submitted. It is important to monitor the upload process for failed file uploads. If you see that they are failing you can cancel out of the upload process by leaving the page and no points will be charged. 

We will supply a one-time refund for upload related issues.

Hi

I have tried a number of times to do the upload but continue to get the "failed while uploading" message.

Any suggestions as to what I can try?

Can you tell us more about your internet connection, where in the world you are trying to upload from and what browser you are using? 

Have you tried a different browser? Have you tried uploading from a different computer?

If you continue to have problems with the new upload you can use the Classic workflow. We are trying to update to using a different upload service (Filestack) but it seems to be having issues.
