I have been trying to upload a series of images today with no luck - the progress bars show the 8.0 MB images seemingly upload, but after they "complete", the file immediately appears in the "FAILED WHILE UPLOADING" field above. Can't get a single image on the server.
EDIT : one image out of several dozen appears to have made the perilous journey. There is hope?

Are you using the new DJI optimized workflow or the Classic version? Some browser extensions can interfere with the upload process. Please try using a clean version of Chrome or Firefox.
PS: Please don't resurrect old threads and then post your own anyway!
Using the DJI workflow and a just-downloaded brand-spanking-new extension-free Firefox.....and getting the same result: FAILED WHILE UPLOADING.
It must be related to your internet connection or something then. We use Filestack for our uploads which is supposed to be super stable. If you can get it up into Dropbox or GDrive then you can just submit the job from there.

So I found it - it shows ONE image uploaded, and that cost me 1206 points.

If the images are coming from GDrive they are not actually being uploaded from your computer. They are being transferred directly from Google but there is still quite a bit of traffic that goes back and forth to show it happening. It sounds like your connection can't even keep up with that.
The points have been refunded. I highly recommend getting a better internet connection for working with our site and the Filestack uploader.
