Please send us screenshots of the Step 4 section before and after removing any files. What operating system are you using? What browser?
Hi,
I have selected 113 images, of 12MP and normal urgency and it showed I will use 272 points.
Before uploading, I deselected 10 images which means I uploaded 103 images, of 12MP and normal urgency which should use 247 Points.
It is below 250 points and would fall under free job/map. However the system didnt update/refresh and deducted 272 points for the job/map.

Hi,
I did not do a screenshot of Step 4 as I didnt anticipate the issue.
However, this is a screenshot after the job has been done.
It also shows Source Images as 103 but consumed 272 points.
I am using
Windows 10 pro 64bit
Firefox Browser 70.0.1 64bit
The image below also shows uploaded image is 103, which all 103 are used as the source image
Can you reproduce it by doing what you did previously and taking the screenshot?
Was your browser allowed to fall asleep while uploading?
Hi, the browser does not fall asleep while uploading. The issue is with the bug that didnt refresh/update the amount of actual images uploaded, which is 103, and not 113.
The system now only allows me to upload 94 images due to insufficient points. Below is the screenshot by reproducing the scenario with 93 images.
For my case, I initially chose 113 images to upload, but discovered it will consume 272 points. My next step was to deselect 10 images making only 103 images to upload. The left column as shown in above screenshot (at that time) showed 103 images which will only consume 247 points (below 250 points). But the right column still stuck at 113 images.
I thought the system will correct itself since I will only upload 103 images when I click the blue upload button at left column; but it didnt and consumed 272 points instead of counting it as 0 points (since 103 images = 247 points which is below 250 points).
I appreciate it if the points (272 points) can be added back into my account because of the bug.
Thank you.
We have addressed the ability to upload the maximum number of free images regardless of how many points are in the account in the next release.
Your screenshots are help and confirm what we were thinking but we are unable to reproduce the issue on the same setup (Windows 10/Firefox).
Can you please right click on the screen and select Inspect when the blue button number and the number on the right don't match. We need to know if there are any errors in the Javascript console.
Hope the screenshot below is what you are looking for.
I have reproduce the effect again, with the steps below;
Click on Upload More
Click on View/Edit Selected
Then when you deselect using the "x" icon at left column, the Blue Upload button amount will change and goes down accordingly; while the total images at right column remain static.
That screenshot is showing the 'Inspector' tab. We need to see the 'Console' tab next to it.
Here you go
Sorry... Almost there. Please dig down a bit more as you did in your previous post to show the text that has the actually number shown in the Upload button. Like this. We need to see the text around it.
Like this?
In case I miss the upper parameters
Did you manage to reproduce the result based on the earlier steps I posted?
There is a step earlier, which I uploaded 94 images. I click on the "x" to deselect one image.
After that one step, I click the "Upload More" followed by the steps mentioned.
Yes. Thanks. Does it do it if you use Chrome? Everything else looks OK.
Just Downloaded Chrome and tried. Yes replicate the same thing.
Step 1 : Upload for example 94 images
Step 2 : Click "x" to deselect 1 image. Left and Right column tally
Step 3 : Click "Upload More"
Step 4 : Click "View/Edit Selected" without doing anything else
Step 5 : Click "x" to deselect
Blue icon will correspond with the decrease of images while right column remain static.
Just for info
Chrome Inspect
Chrome Console
"After that one step, I click the "Upload More" followed by the steps mentioned."
This was the important part... We can now reproduce it and it will be fixed it in the next release.
Glad I could help.
