Matrice 210 Battery

Very regularly, just about every time I start up a new mission. When I click in the top right corner icons to get started, I get a message that pops up saying some thing about not enough battery life to complete the mission. Even though the batteries on the receiver, Ipad, and Drone are at 100%. I have to turn everything on and off about 4 times and reseat the batteries for it to eventually work. Is there anyway that we can force the software to recognize that the battery level is actually at 100%?

Thanks

Please test this on the latest Map Pilot version 4.0.4 and let us know if it is still a problem.

Im not very familiar with apple products as all my personal are android but in the update section in the apple store it doesn't show this app as needing an update and when I go to the app in the apple store and click on version history, it shows version 3.1.5 as being the most recent as of 2 months ago. How do I get this 4.0.4 version that you speak of? Im using the app "Map Pilot for DJI - Business" we have a lot of terrain here where we fly and that terrain following feature in the flight planning is critical to our flights. Thanks!

I just noticed the app "Map Pilot for DJI" has a 4.0.4 version. What is the difference between that app and the business one?
