This may have been an issue with Zendesk, who hosts this customer service portal. Let us know if it is still happening but we are able to access in Chrome currently.

Can’t access support centre in chrome
Can’t access support centre in chrome I get dronesmadeeasy.zendesk.com refused to connect.
I have cleared browse cache
Reset chrome settings to factory
checked my proxy settings
disabled my firewall
still no joy but I can access the support page in internet explorer
