Please send us (email) the log files from the affected flights.
Three times today, the phantom 4 V2 just stops about 3/4 thru the project. Restart with new battery and the flight resumes, takes 2 photos and stops again. Did this 3 times.
I just cancelled the mission and designed a new flight to get the missing data.
I am using the latest updates of DJI, Map Pilot and IOS 12.1 on a Ipad pro.
Any ideas?

Also, were there any other manned aircraft in the area when this happened?
I had a similar problem with P4 V2. After a third of mission, just stopped in place. When I hit return to home, it brought up a box to log into DJI instead! I had no internet service. Where do I email the log file?
Were you entering controlled airspace? Check for TFRs and NFZs using DJI’s FlySafe system. Also, inspect the DJI Diagnostic column of your affected log file for other clues. Sometimes random stops can be vision system related but since the DJI login prompt came up Ian thinking it would be airspace related.
