We are sorry to hear you are having issues with the In App Purchases. Are you sure you made the purchase? Did you get a receipt email from Apple or is the purchase reflected on your iTunes account? If your device is controlled by your company In App Purchases can be blocked and will need to be enabled to make this purchase. If you have successfully made the purchase you would not longer be prompted to make it in the app so I am thinking the purchase did not succeed for some reason. The Map Pilot Business app includes all of the option features from Map Pilot by default so you don't have to deal with the IAP system.
