Linear Mission In-App Purchase

I made the in-app purchase for linear missions but it still will only work as 'Preview Only', and I am not able to save or fly linear missions.  This shows up in my iTunes Purchase History, so I know the purchase is not the issue.  I have tried 'Restore' and have also tried to 'Buy' it again only to be told the in-app purchase has already been made and it will be restored for free.  I have also deleted the Map Pilot app from my iPad, added it again, and tried both 'Buy' and 'Restore'.

Jason, we replied to your initial email this morning at 8:30 am, about 1.5 hours after you made it. Please check your spam filter and mark us as whitelisted so you can get our responses. 

Here was our reply:

We are sorry to hear you are having issues with the In App Purchases. Are you sure you made the purchase? Did you get a receipt email from Apple or is the purchase reflected on your iTunes account? If your device is controlled by your company In App Purchases can be blocked and will need to be enabled to make this purchase. If you have successfully made the purchase you would not longer be prompted to make it in the app so I am thinking the purchase did not succeed for some reason. The Map Pilot Business app includes all of the option features from Map Pilot by default so you don't have to deal with the IAP system.

I checked both spam filters before creating this post yesterday and there is not an email from you, so I'm not sure why it didn't come through.  If you could send another email maybe it will come through and I can whitelist you.

As for the purchase, I do have a receipt from Apple and my company does not control my iPad.

If you have successfully purchased the feature and gotten a receipt you shouldn't be getting prompts to purchase it anymore. You can safely try to purchase it again without being charged since you can only buy each feature one time per Apple account. If all that fails, you could try deleting the app and reinstalling it before repurchasing it. If you didn't have a great internet connection at the time of your initial purchase it could cause issues.

Email mapping@dronesmadeeasy.com with questions. Sometimes email addresses with custom domains have issues getting our emails from our Zendesk Customer Service portal...

I have tried all of those suggestions multiple times with no change.  I will send an email and reference this thread.  I appreciate your help.

We have been having the same issue with the in app purchase for line missions.  The purchase is verified through itunes, we have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restore and there are no restrictions for in app purchases on this account.  Please help.  Is there a way to manually input the accesscode in the settings menu as i noticed that it says get from maps made easy profile

Limited to 3 waypoints.

I got the TestFlight app and used the link you sent to me for the beta version, and I am trying to create a linear mission - just completed the in-app purchase for the linear missions.

I can enter three waypoints, no more, and when I double-tap to create a homepoint, I am able to adjust the number of passes. But, I'm stuck with only three waypoints.

Thanks for any advice!
