Map processing problem

My map did not process correctly.   It left a whole section off.    This is critical for my client.  It is the Kellyville Webco map.   Please help!

We are sorry you are unhappy with your results. It looks like you uploaded 345 images from an Inspire 1 (X3 camera). All 345 images were included in the output.

You were charged the appropriate amount of points for the job, 828, so it seems no images were cancelled or lost in upload. At 12 megapixels per image, 345 images equates to 4140 total megapixels to be processed. At 1 point per 5 megapixels this is 828 points.

We always recommend carefully tracking what images were created during your flights. You can see what images were created in the log files Map Pilot creates.

The job fully processed given the images the system was provided with.

I uploaded images for mapping about an hour ago. The job is not reflecting as in process, but points have been deducted for processing. Please advise if there is a problem.

John: Posting an account specific issue in a year old forum thread is not how to handle this.

If you do not select the ASAP processing urgency it is possible that it may take up to 24 hours to start. This doesn't happen 95% of the time but delays are possible on the lower urgency settings.

Also, the duplicate account you have created has been disabled. Creating extra accounts to get more free is against our terms of service and is generally frowned upon.

Hi Zane

Thanks for this, and yes, the job is complete and, as usual, 100%. The web-page does refer to jobs taking a few minutes to reflect as pending so it be better to refer to up to 24 hours. I did need this for work purposes so was concerned that the job had been lost.

As far as opening a second account to achieve free points - this comment is not on, and I would be grateful if it could be taken back. I did this as I was experiencing problems with my internet service provider at some point, so needed this as a backup to get a job done. I do experience issues with my provider periodically so I would be grateful if it could be reinstated, obviously without free points.

Thanks in advance for your response.

Hi Zane

A couple of further comments. If Maps Made Easy feels that I have received undue benefit from a second account, I would be more than happy for the relevant to be deducted from the other account which reflects more than sufficient points balance.

On handling of the query through a historic thread, I did correct this yesterday through a new post. My apologies for technical disabled in the first time use of these pages.

Zane-I uploaded 877 photos and my extra points were taken.  My map was finished in ten minutes, and came out as one strip.  Usually the map takes overnight to complete.  This is the first time my map has never come out!  I would like a refund on points purchased (this is about a 5.5G job).
