Official comment
There is not really a way to do it for printing but you can save the KML file that gets generated and display it in Google Earth for printing if that helps.

Is there a Way to keep all the Linear Measurements visible without running the Mouse over each Linear Measurement if you have several for Printing Purposes?? TIA
