This means that you need to be connected to the Internet with the device Map Pilot Pro is running on for the first time it connects to the aircraft. The app needs to register with DJI servers.

Drone Registration Error for mini 3
Tried to create New mission however, there's a prompy "Drone Registration Error" and my mini 3 would not connect anymore.. Any insights on this?

However, I got another issues wherein my mini 3 wont take-off after following all the procedure creating the mission, After I tapped "Take-Off", it didnt do anything. Is something to do with the time? I got a message regarding "noon time"

The "noon time" warning is about mapping at Solar Noon which is not recommended since it causes hotspots in the images. It is just a warning though and shouldn't be stopping you from taking off. If this occurs again close everything down and power it up with the DJI app running and make sure you can take off and fly with the DJI app first before closing that and using Map Pilot Pro. Also, make sure no other drone related apps are running when using Map Pilot Pro.
