Mavic Air 2 not working anymore

Hi i hope you can help me.
Last year i used map pilot pro with my air 2.
This year it's not working anymore. i just purchased the pro version.
dji appversion: 1.16.4
air unit firmware: 01.01.1600
rc-n1 controller firmware: 04.11.0400

in some cases it connects to my air 2 in some cases not.
when it connects and i try to take of following error comes:
"take off error. undefined error."
or
"rid status unknown"
i'm open field. having 15+ satelites. perfect 5g connection.
i updated everything. restarted everything. deleted other drone software. nothing helps.

how can i fix it?
is air 2 still supported?

Sorry for the delay. It looks like you got it up and going though. Nice work.

The RID error is a message from DJI saying you need to have Remote ID enabled. You can do this by setting everything up like you are going to fly with Map Pilot Pro but you fly around to test things out with the DJI app first while connected to the internet on your mobile device so it gets that connected. Make sure you are logged in properly with the DJI account in the DJI app so Remote ID is active.
