This usually happens when images are taken while traveling forwards on one pass and then backwards on the next. The other time this happens is when you are really low overlap, which seems to be the case here:
If you care about your elevation results you really need to follow the Data Collection guidelines which are agreed to at the time of upload and give the system at least 16X coverage for everything. This means using at least 75% overlap. This looks like 60-65% or so. If you were not using such a good camera (M3E) it probably wouldn't have turned out at all. Just bump up that overlap and things will start looking good again.
