The Pro plan allows for up to three gigapixels of imagery to be processed without any additional charge. This is up to 600 images that are 20 megapixels each if you use the .25 downscaling option in Step 2 of the uploader. It sounds like you might be able to get away with using the .5 downscaling option. This allows the system to reduce the resolution of the images before processing so you can process more images with your quota.
This is all shown in the calculation on the right side of the uploader page. If you wish to get a refund you need to email us directly. Make sure you do not use the system at all or you will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are only available if you are within the first 24 hours of upgrading and you have not used the system.
