If you want everybody to have access to all of the resources you would need to have them logging in on the same account. That way they can share purchased points and the account's processing quota. If you just need to share some of the main account's allotted devices for pilots but don't need them to have access to anything else you can have a pro or elite annual subscription which gives you team access management. With this you can assign some of the main account's devices to individual users. These third-party pilots would not have access to any of the other resources associated with the main account though and the access can be revoked at any time.
"pro_team" means that you have a Pro annual subscription and have share device access with your partner's account. They then have access to the Pro tier features in Map Pilot Pro as paid for with the main account. No other features are shared.
If you wish to be able to share flight planning details you can design the flight and save it on your device. Then in the Mission Plans list you can swipe left and hit share to send other users the .mme files which will transmit all of the flight planning parameters and survey area polygon to the user via email or other transfer mechanism.
