It looks like your recent maps were not fully rendered. This is usually because of a lack of overlap in your data collection. The Data Collection guidelines that are agreed to at the time of upload say to use AT LEAST 80% overlap when trees are involved. It looks like you are using 75% which is usually OK unless there are a lot of trees or other complex structures around. You can see all of this in your Overlap Reports.
Since the full area was not able to be rendered it was filled in using our Flat Map Failover feature which fills things in using the camera's pointing information instead of feature matching. Since that occurred, the web map you are looking at is comprised of the regular GeoTiff of the rendered area and the Flat Map Patch GeoTiff of the patched region. They are available as two separate files when the failover is used. You would need to download the patch GeoTiff and import that into your GIS software as well to have the same view you are getting in the web map.
