Why reduce percent of overlapping?

In recent updatings I've seen that it was reduced overlapping percent. I receive messages to reduce my overlapping from 80% to 70%. what is the goal with this change in the settings?

If you lower the flight altitude or adjust the speed it can adjust the overlap automatically to account for the changes you make. Be sure to keep an eye on the final setting before you upload.

We recommend using 80% overlap most of the time but if you change settings it can make that not possible based on the frame rate of the camera.
