DJI Workflow. Stage 1 drag and drop box missing

Hi

I'm trying to upload a set of DJI images in order to create a map and I've done this many times without issues. 

In the past stage one of the DJI workflow option involves uploading a sample image so that the system can check it for suitability. However, today there is no 'drag and drop' box in the stage 1 area, so I can't upload the sample image.

Does anyone know what's going wrong for me?

Try using a different browser, private browser window or disable your browser extensions. There are some ad blockers that will block the Filestack (3rd party uploader) selection panel. 

If none of that will work the Classic workflow uses a different uploader and doesn't do all of the checks so it is the fallback option. It does not work with subscription processing quotas though. 

Interesting note: There are a TON of McCutcheon's in our system.

I was using Microsoft Edge and turning on the privacy mode solved the problem.
