After a mission with Map Pilot Pro photos show wrong coordinates

When the mission ends, I have an error with the longitude coordinates. It appears the values are correct, but all of them should have the minus sign (-99.12344...), so the software is saving them with the plus sign (99.1234....) When I work with the pictures the project location shows on the other side of the world. Everything is cool with my native DJI app, only happens when I use Map Pilot pro. The issue is for the DJI mini 3. Somebody knows how I can fix this problem?

I have never heard of this happening before. How are you viewing the coordinate tags?

Please email us a sample image to see what is going on. mapping@dronesmadeeasy.com

Make sure you don't have any other photo importer softwares touching the images first.

Map Pilot Pro does not save the images and cannot affect anything that gets written in the tags. Map Pilot Pro does tell the camera to take a picture and handles exposure settings. The coordinate values that get written into the tags are done so by the camera with information from the aircraft.
