We were able to stop it and refund it since you caught it so quickly. We can't always do that though.
It looks like it was less images than the map you ran previously but had a very similar name. Just be careful with your files!
Last map I uploaded was a duplicate of the previous one I made in December 2024. Not sure how that happened, Can you refund by adding in credit points for this map.
This would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

Yeah Thanks for the advice. I uploaded a new data set of the same location with a 80/85 overlap at a 50 ft higher altitude and it failed. ????
Wait a min, You stopped the NEW one i uploaded AFTER I posted here???? That's the one I need completed.
The map created on
"Jan. 16, 2025, 5:17 p.m. | -479" |
was the one uploaded in error.
Not the map you stopped.
"Last map I uploaded was a duplicate" told me you meant the latest map. It was small so it shouldn't take much time to upload and process again.
In the future please be more specific by using the name of the map and the date time is was uploaded. Also, for account specific stuff like this it is better to email us for support instead of using the public forum since this is of little benefit to anyone else.
As for the failure you would need to tell us how it failed. Was there an error message? Did the files fail to upload?
I would assume it says failed because it was stopped.
You said you stopped it before it was completed.
and now you restarted the one you stopped. Now we have 2 identical maps processing.
Stop one of the maps currently processing and please refund the 479
