Official comment

Please make sure you are logging into the proper account that you have your subscription with. Based on some of your other communications with us it sounds like you have multiple accounts.
If you are getting that message and you are using 60% overlap you should be fine with any plan other than the Free one.
If this is not the case and you have the correct account you would need to hit the 'Sync' button in the 'Maps Made Easy' section of the Settings. It needs to show that you have Pro as the Service Level for the username 'alanterra'.
