No nos deja procesar fotografias del Dron

Hola buenas tardes.

Cuando iniciamos la cargar de fotografías del proyecto a realizar, el mismo cuando acabamos el proceso. Nos indica este mensaje. No sabemos lo que significa. Y tampoco sabemos solventar el problema.

¡Vaya! Se produjo un error al acceder a las etiquetas de la imagen. Crea una nueva aquí.

It does not allow us to process photos from the Drone

Hello, good afternoon.

When we start uploading photos of the project to be carried out, the same thing happens when we finish the process. It shows us this message. We do not know what it means. And we do not know how to solve the problem either.

Please make sure you’re uploading the images directly off the SD card and that no other software are touching the images and modifying the tags.

You could also try using a different browser but that is not likely the issue.
