RAW - Inspire 2 Problem

So I've used MME before on the Mavic 2 Pro, with JPEG images. I upgraded to use the Inspire 2 X7, and it asked me if I wanted to shoot in RAW, so I said yes (assuming this was the preferred codec).

Now, here I am trying to upload images, and RAW DNG is not allowed. So I opened Adobe Bridge to convert to JPEG (including all metadata as is), and the program won't let me upload THOSE either, it says to upload directly from the SD card... Which I obviously can't. I have a whole day of stills in what I thought was a superior format, and can't upload them to MME.

I've compared the metadata in EXIF Meta Viewer, and the metadata is immaculate, just Adobe added some unnecessary zeroed out lines, but changed nothing from the original metadata. Yet... MME won't let me upload the JPEGs. What gives?

Help.

We never recommend using RAW. Some people love it and can handle the metadata or are processing things on their own but the files are so much bigger they take forever to write which makes the flight painfully slow. And then the data is hard to deal with.

Adobe likes to add all sorts of junk into the tags which is what is likely getting blocked.

Just use JPG unless you really have a need for RAW (chances are you don't).

Is there a way to clear the metadata block? I know now to used jpeg, but I already shot the job… Or is there another software that can take RAW?

You might be able to use the Classic Workflow with those images. Working with the tags is pretty hard unless you do it a lot.
