
I don’t see an account for you in our system. Please make sure all of your log files are synced with the site so we can see what is going on. Usually when this happens it is a case of having multiple drone apps open at the same time.
Upon completing my first ever map I tried to download the data from my Drone SD Card only to find no data saved to the Card. So I plugged in the drone and found no data on the drone. I have used MME, Drone Deploy and Pix4D before so really confused as to where the data is going. Looks like this one did not save at all?

The account is under my work email jflight@maritimegold.com. All are synced.
I can see you most recent flight has image triggers but no image names which means there was definitely something weird going on.
Try doing a small constrained test that you verify that all other drone related apps are fully closed on the device before opening Map Pilot Pro.
