saving polygons created on a base map

I have used Map made easy to map an island . i created a polygon to measure the total area . How can i save that polygon in a way that i can use it later . What we want to do is fly the drone on the same flight lines every six months and use these polygons to calculate the rate of land loss due to coastal erosion cause by sea level rise and climate change .
