Please email us a sample image of what you are trying to upload. They are changing things quickly and we might have had only very early images to work with previously.

Anzu Raptor uploading
Hi;
I have attempted to upload my Anzu Raptor Files but I get this error.
Your home screen says that "ANZU Robotics images are now supported in the DJI/ANZU workflow."
Am I doing something wrong?

We got the file and took a look. It looks like the tags are being loaded fine but the filename is crazy long for some reason.

This is not how the camera normally names the files and makes the file names longer than 64 characters.
Aside from that the first file checks out OK.
