New devices

Hello!
 
We would like to know if there is a way to reset the devices connected. We had a problem with one of the devices and would like to replace them. If possible, I would like to know if any of the plans allow you to change connected devices more quickly.  Because we will only renew the license if we can reset the devices and/or migrate the plan to make the necessary changes

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble with your authorized devices. Your subscription comes with a limited number of devices that your account can connect to. As you add more users or get new devices you may either need to reset your authorized device list to clear out the currently devices or upgrade your account if you wish to add more than your current account will accommodate.

Authorized device list resets are only available once every six months. Your account profile will tell you when the next one is available.

If you do not have a reset available and need to add more devices you will need to upgrade your account to a higher service level. Or you could get an annual plan and assign the devices as needed.
