Quick Map Error

Quick maps are not working for some reason. I get an error “Quick Map Error Unable to ground photo reference image.” Didn’t try to upload images from the field today but yesterday got an error uploading from map pilot and had to manually process from desktop when returned to the office. So basically field checks are not possible

Is this with your Mavic 2 Pro and iPad using 5.10.1?

Do you still have the SD card that was used to collect all the data inserted in the aircraft when Map Pilot Pro is trying to find the imagery that was taken during the flight?

It is saying that it can't find the Ground Reference image (image taken on the ground) but it more likely can't find any images.

Yes to all of those. Mavic 2 pro. iPad card inserted. It went through all 104 images and said downloaded. Recently formatted SD card with plenty of capacity and speed.

That is likely the problem. The card doesn't get inserted in the iPad. It stays in the camera where the app talks to the aircraft to get the images.

This has worked in the past. Is there something I should be doing to make a quick nap in the field? Or in general. I don't know of an option to make a quick nap after the fact.

The images have to be on the SD card and the flight log has to still be in
the File Manager. If the SD card has been taken out of the camera on the aircraft and put in the iPad, it is not going to work. If it worked for you previously, the SD card must’ve still been in the camera.
