Distorted map

I flew our DJI Phantom 4 over our plant to do a roof inspection using the same Drone Deploy project I used in the past, but the end result is distorted and un-usable? The entire roof is wavy and distorted. The single images all looked fine.

I flew around 11am and it was a mostly clear day. What gives? I flew at 130ft or .5in/px. Do I need to fly lower to improve the in/.px value?

Can I get a refund on these credits so I can fly the drone again?

n and try the map processing again?

Here is part our email we sent you previously regarding the same situation:

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your results. You have a few things going on that are affecting the quality of your outputs. Firstly, your Overlap Report shows spotty image overlap throughout the survey area. As noted in the Data Collection guidelines that are agreed to at the time of upload, you should be using at least 75% overlap for your data collection. It is hard to tell because yours is so spotty but it looks like you are using around 60%. 75% overlap would give you all dark blue throughout your Overlap Report except for on the edges. You can't expect to get good results without following our Data Collection guidelines carefully. Compare the Overlap Report on this map with the previous ones and you will see a lot more blue in the older ones.

Here are some other things to take into account:

This is an almost identical situation. Your overlap is really low. The data was taken at solar noon which maximizes reflections.
