Flight mission aborting

Hi, I am new to Map Pilot Pro and have created a mission plan that requires more than 1 battery. The drone (DJI Mini 2) does it's thing until the 1st battery is running low and then returns to home with the message to install fresh battery. New battery is installed, drone connected and flight set to resume from abandonment point - drone takes off but then just hovers about 10m above the ground and doesn't go any further. There are no messages, errors or anything on the screen and I can't get it to continue the flight. Conditions are pretty close to perfect, nice and still, not a lot of wind.

Please help!

This is from the DJI documentation:

Based on your log files it looks like the aircraft is going up to 30 m and stopping just like it says in the highlighted text. This is a sign that you are not logged into you DJI account through Map Pilot Pro. This login apparently doesn't last through a battery change so you have to make sure you are logged in again. If you are not being given the chance to log into your DJI account through Map Pilot Pro you may need to open the DJI app and log in there after every battery change. Dumb, we know.

Also, make sure you have the most recent firmware versions installed.
