Official comment
The overlap for Full Grid missions is set to 75%. 75% overlap with Full Grid gives you 32+ views of everything in the scene which is more than enough for most photogrammetry softwares. If you require more you can do two normal missions 90 degrees offset with whatever overlap you want.
