Flight execution problems - Air 2S and IOS

Good afternoon. Today I attempted to map a small area using an Air2s and the Map Pilot Pro app (still in the trial version) on iOS. I configured everything correctly, but when I launched the drone, it kept circling the area of interest and did not capture any images of the location. I checked using the native DJI app, and it did not show any errors. Does anyone know what might be happening?

Isn’t this you? Please only post one time. We respond within a couple hours usually. Make sure all your log files are uploaded so we can see what is going on. Let us know when you have done that.
