Service Level Mismatch

The new update for mini 3 has locked the flight features like the old version
1. Lock the base map
2. Lock VirtualControl

Virtual Stick controls have always been a part of the Base plan and higher. Apparently access to this feature and a few others was mistakenly granted for the last 8 months or so due to a change in how we grant feature access.
