We are sorry to hear that you are having issues. Please make sure all your flights are synced with the website so we can see what is going on. Your aircraft is a virtual stick aircraft which means you need to make sure you are not touching the control sticks at all during the flight. Doing so will interrupt the automated flight.
The exclamation mark Icon opens the aircraft errors panel. If you tap on it, it will show you various system errors. It will show orange when there is a new error to review.
