Map Pilot Pro mapping of separate areas in one flight

Is it possible to generate a mission that maps more than one area in the same flight? I need to map sections of roads within an area but don't need to map the whole area. Is it possible to map small, separate areas all within the one flight using the same battery? I don't want to have to land, set up a new mission just to map a different area that is within range of the same takeoff & landing point. I understand that I will have to submit the areas as different jobs in MME but am just looking at better efficiencies at image capture.
