Unable to authorize 7 devices for Map Pilot Pro

I'm experiencing errors with device authorization, we currently have 5 authorized devices, and one more with my main account. And I can't authorize another device.

I was using the map pilot for the phantom 4 pro and the other version for the mini 3 pro on the same device, is that a problem? I uninstalled the phantom 4 pro version, it still wasn't resolved.

As noted in our email response (please don't post to the forum and send an email at the same time):

You have two devices associated with your account and 5 shared with other users. Installations on the same device with the Google Play and APK variants of the app count as separate devices against your total. If you need to clear some up you will need to either remove access for the other users, upgrade your account to Elite to get more devices or reset your device list (which can only be done after 6 months).

Uninstalling the app from the device does not remove it from the list of devices that have access.

I apologize for this confusion with email and forum, but I'm out in the field for work and that worried me a bit.

I haven't really located this information anywhere, and it's not intuition, since I'm using the same phone for both versions of the APP (Google Play and APK). I wanted at this point, to keep the license for the APK and release it to add another user, can you help me with that? I haven't even used the APP so far, they were only installed. Elite is not an option at the moment, I would like to keep the license as it is.

Aproveitando o tópico, e já é que é pertinente a situação da ativação dos dispositivos, tenho uma dúvida: Posso usar o APK baixado do site (versão "e" compatível com o DJI MINI 3 PRO) com o DJI Phantom 4 Pro? Caso negativo, qual a melhor forma de usar ambos os drones no mesmo smartphone? Sem contar como uma segunda ativação de dispositivo, é possível?

I appreciate the previous quick solution, and taking advantage of the topic, pertinent to the situation of activating the devices, I have a question: Can I use the APK downloaded from the website (version "e" compatible with DJI MINI 3 PRO) with DJI Phantom 4 Pro? If not, what is the best way to use both drones on the same smartphone? Not counting as a second device activation, is it possible?
