Out of Map Pilot Pro access for devices

Hi.

I have Map Pilot installed on five devices, A Samsung S20 phone, a Tripletek tablet,  a &in Crystalsky, a 7in Crystalsky and a Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced Smart controller.

I am able to sign in on the Smart Controller, the 7in Crystalsky and the Tripletek tablet.

I am unable to sign in on the S20 phone and the 5in Crystalsky.

I have a Pro account but it seems to think I have the software installed on the limit of seven devices for some reason. I suspect that this has occurred when I have updated the software.

Also I was unable to sign into Support with my normal information. I had to sign in with Google although I was already signed into my account on the Maps Made Easy website.

Can you please tell me how I can resolve these issues so that I can sign in on all five devices.

Many thanks,

Brian Wyld.

I am seeing that your account has 7 devices logged in. If you use the Google Play variant of the app and then install the 'b' or 'e' variants one device can show up as more than one.

You should have a device reset available in your account Profile.

If you continue to run out of devices you would need to upgrade your account to the Elite level to gain access for all the versions on all the devices you are trying to run.

Hi Zane

Thanks for the reply and I understand what you have said. My point is that I have never had seven devices with the app on and even if I had then as I said my S20 phone and the 5in Crystalsky I can't log in properly. It just says that I have a free account which of course means I can't download the map info which I need.  I can live with not being able to use the 5in Crystalsky but I really need it to work on my S20.

Yes, I understand. Just reset your devices and keep whatever version is currently working for you on the devices and it should be fine. There are some devices that are counting double since they are using the Google Play version and the APK downloaded version. If you do that the one device will count as two since the apps are technically different and that is how we track the device IDs.
