Poor quality stitching

I recently flew a site with Mavic 2 Pro at 250 feet and 75/75 overlap and got terrible quality stitching.    Here is a link:

To see if the data collection is an issue I also stitched the site other software and got very successful results.

Any ideas what is wrong?

The long skinny job shape with trees on the side of it cause the model to rotate oddly, likely due to motion in the trees that form the border. It looks like you are using the Mavic 2 Zoom, not the Mavic 2 Pro. The Zoom isn't a great mapping rig...

75% overlap with only 5 passes doesn't help much. Really on the middle pass is getting the benefit of the other passes. The Overlap Report shows that you aren't getting the overlap needed, especially for the trees being present.

We are glad to hear you have other software that is working for you but Maps Made Easy requires certain levels of overlap and certain rules must be followed to ensure quality results.

As noted in the Data Collection guidelines that are agreed to at the time of upload we recommend not doing straight line linear missions. It helps to have a kink in the line to help make sure the model doesn't rotate weirdly.
