Odd drone behavior since firmware update

I'm using Map Pilot Pro Version 1.7.3a build 011820241 on Android 9 with a Mavic Mini 2. I updated the Mini 2 firmware and now I get some odd flight behavior. The drone makes big sweeping curves at the ends of flight tracks. Seems like it used to stop and make more 90 degree turns before. More disturbingly is what happens at the end of missions. I get the prompt that the mission is complete and be prepared to take control. The drone then returns to the pre-set altitude over the home point. Then nothing, drone just hovers and doesn't respond to any stick commands. I have to toggle flight modes on the RC to regain control. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it due to FW upgrade? Thanks

A lot of changes have been made to our virtual stick controls recently. The goal was to make the maximum speed go from 10 m/s up to 15 m/s. Also changes were made to address reports of aircraft bucking. Other optimizations were also made. So yes, you will see differences in how their aircraft flies between the last few versions.

It should be landing on its own still though. Please post the link to your affected flight log so we can take a look.

Yes, it can overshoot the corners a little bit. That is fine behavior though. We figure it is better to keep moving and fly a little faster than to stop right on the waypoint. This allows for larger areas to be covered more quickly.
