Official comment
The areas that were not included in the bottom image were not able to be reconstructed using photogrammetry (likely due to lack of overlap or water/trees).
The rest of the top image was filled in using our Flat Map Failover:

You can combine the bottom image with the Flat Map Patch file you can find in your Advanced Outputs section in order to get the full image shown on the top.
