The app has worked fine up until last update. Now it takes no photos during a mission flight. I miss spoke it takes a photo at takeoff and that is it. I have tried numerous things and cannot get it to take photos.

Please email us a log file from a Map Pilot flight so we can see if there is anything in there that tells us what is wrong. It sounds like a camera connection issue.
If it isn't taking photos during flight but is sending telemetry and video you might want to make sure that you have a empty SD card in the camera and that your signal strength is strong. If the signal is weak it won't take pictures. This will show up in the log files.
Which files are the log files?
They are in the Log File Manager and can be emailed directly from there by tapping and holding the CSV file that was generated during the problem flight.
Ok I have sent the files in hopefully we can find out what is going on.
Do you know how long it will take to check the log files I sent in?
What is the average signal strength cutoff for photos not being taken? I was starting to think it was some strange voodoo that was causing photos to skip.
Looks like a nice update with the connection-less mapping however. I will test it out tomorrow.
Matt: It seems like the cutoff is about 85% which is strange because telemetry will come through much lower but the camera triggering ceases to operate. We have the audible beep set to go off at 85% as a heads up.
We don't know why it is like that.
thanks Zane
