Galaxy Tab A7 lite?

I just bought a Galaxy Tab a7 lite to use with map pilot pro and my DJI mi I 3 pro. When I launched map pilot pro it told me it won’t work well because my tablet only has 3 gb or RAM. I went into settings and enabled the “RAM Plus”.feature that allows you to use some of the tablets storage space a virtual memory. Will enabling this be sufficient to meet the 4gb memory requirement or will I still Have trouble? Should I try to return this device and use something else?

Using a swap disk (fake RAM) won't work. It is far too slow for app operation. You can try to run it as it is but it isn't likely going to work out well during flight. If you have a waypoint enabled flight you could run things using Connectionless mode. That way if you could at least get it to take off the aircraft would go do its thing even if the app wasn't able to stay open due to system resources.

Bummer! Can you recommend an inexpensive android tablet that would work better? I am an Apple person and would greatly prefer to use my Apple devices but I know the mini 3 pro sdk only supports android :(

As long as it has at least 6 GB of RAM it should be good for a while. Those can be gotten for under $300.
