What version of Map Pilot?
So I have been having issues with maps made easy since the last update.
I have found info that has helped me work around the issue. here. http://support.dronesmadeeasy.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/205879063-Multi-Battery-Flights
It seems that on any mission with multiple batteries that the first flight will be flown at the correct speed say 7.5m/s after the first flight the speed will slow down to 2.2-2.5 m/s. Dispite having slowing aircraft setting disabled.
This is happening on my Phantom 3 ADV on firmware 1.9.6

I had the same problem yesterday, first flight good and completed at ~7 m/s. Second battery started the same then slowed eventually dropped down to 0.2 m/s. It had a spurt of speed where it went up to 12 m/s even though it was supposed to be limited by shutter speed and shouldn't have been going that fast. Then back to 0.2 m/s, even when traversing out to the abandonment point. Current version (v. 4.1.8) of app.

Matt: You may need to turn off the setting called 'Slow Aircraft According to Light Conditions'. It takes a measurement of the average exposure times that are being seen and adjusts the flight speed to make sure there isn't excessive ground smear.
