New to Maps Made Easy

I went to the point estimator and mapped out an area that I would like to have a map made of. How do I actually go about telling my Phantom2 Vision+ to actually fly that exact path and take pictures at those specific points. Is there a way to load those specifics from Maps Made Easy into Ground Station and the drone will fly that specific course and take pictures on each specific dot? Or do we manually tap screen and hope for the best overlap?

The Point Estimator outputs are not compatible with the Vision+. The Vision+ has its own Ground Station software built into the app and it doesn't accept external inputs. You will need to try to closely approximate the path defined on the Point Estimator within the Vision+ Ground Station app. Getting enough overlap is super important for getting good map stitching results. Flying slowly at about 125 ft seems to be giving pretty good results for Vision + users.
