All of our outputs are in WGS84 (EPSG:4326) because it is the most universal projection and is generally accepted by everything. There are hundreds of projections available and support everyone's favorite just isn't feasible for our small company.
GDAL tools are the best way to translate between various projections since pretty much everything is supported it just becomes a matter of getting them installed properly which can be a pain. Any basic GIS software can do it to. QGIS is free and can do reprojections pretty easily.
