Camera Settings Inspire 1

Camera settings in DJI GO to manual BEFORE the using MAP PILOT.

Will these settings in DJI GO taken over by the MAP PILOT or are they simply overriden by the MAP PILOT camera basic settings ?

Yes. Map Pilot overrides certain settings to make sure the camera is properly set up to take images. The exposure is put into auto to account for the dynamic scenes in the air. If you find that things are too dark or are blurry, you can adjust the exposure compensation in the Map Pilot settings. You are also able to set the white balance and color saturation in the settings. The values in the settings are the values that will get used regardless of what the settings were in DJI Go. Sharpness and Contrast are set to 0.

Hi there, I just got the Map Pilot app to use with my Phantom 3 (have yet to use it but I am doing some research beforehand). Anyway my question is related and I figured I would post here rather than create a new question. I am wondering if there are plans to allow manual control of camera ISO and shutter speed? I am interested in using my P3 for research, and automatic exposure settings are problematic for my purposes. Might I add this as a suggestion for future releases?
