Mission continues if lose RC signal?

I have yet to fly my first mission with my Phantom 3. Will my mission continue if I lose RC signal? Or does the drone return to home on loss of signal?

Ah thats unfortunate. That will limit the size and terrain that can be mapped. Hopefully you are able to address this. Since the aircraft will continue its mission there must be a way to program it to continue taking photos as well.
