What does this mean:
"The drone would disconnect from the app after takeoff, I would get a radius error, so I wouldn't be able to take off, and the drone would fly at 2-4m/s due to low light conditions"
Couldn't take off and then flew slowly? I don't understand how that happens.
Overcast conditions at this time of year can lead to very slow flight on older cameras (and some new ones). If you want to disable that feature you can do so in the Settings.
Make sure you don't have any other drone related apps running at the time you are using Map Pilot Pro. Also, make sure you are using a recent mobile device. I can't tell what you are using because I can't find your account but some of these issues sound device related to me.
Map Pilot Pro doesn't accept shapefiles but does support KML imports which should be easy to create from your shapefile.
