
Have you tried using an external mobile device? You need to be using the ‘b’ variant of Map Pilot Pro for that aircraft. .
The DJI Matrice M210 drone does not connect to the map pilot pro application with PRO subscription, installed on the Crystal sky. Is there any extra configuration you need to do?

It does not connect with an external device or with the crystal sky
Does it work with the DJI app in the same configuration?
With the DJI application it works normally and with map pilto pro I only get a search for drone

Have you FULLY closed the DJI app?
On an external computer, I uninstalled all the DJI applications to test and the drone does not connect, it only says looking for a drone
There is some additional configuration that has to be done to make it work. I have version 1.6.2b build 090620231

Are you sure the DJI app is fully closed on the CrystalSky?
Tap Settings > Apps & notifications > DJI Pilot/Fly > Force Stop to fully close the DJI app before using Map Pilot Pro. To prevent the DJI app from launching on startup, tap Settings > Apps & notifications > Auto start application selection > None (or Map Pilot Pro).
