The LAS will have slightly less output points than the OBJ file. The XYZ will have less than the LAS.
does the output LAS file corrispond to the max density point cloud and which filtering/outliers processing are applied in order to evaluate which refinement processing could be tried or not in CC for the DTM improvement?

thanks, but the second part of my question is becouse sometime I need a DTM without buildings and vegetation, I tried with CC from LAS but it's not a "walk", I'm not skilled but is maybe also for the sparse LAS cloud from my PH4?. Do you think could be more efficient/accurate starting from the obj file (don't know haw) or just editing the raster DEM from a CAD tool?
That is beyond the scope of our support. We use photogrammetry to create the outputs and everything that is seen in the photos is included in the model. No feature filtering is done on our end. Any additional filtering steps would be your responsibility. Removing features from any of these files is quite an academic exercise.
